Polder approached me with a number of issues with their website: it was difficult to browse and maintain, and there were multiple security issues preventing people from ordering online. To fix this, I supplied their Creative Director a new suggested IA and UI, and we switched the site over to a custom Adobe Business Catalyst solution. This allowed their Customer Service team to efficiently track inquiries and orders. The custom reporting engine also allowed integration with their own sales and inventory management software. The result? A marked increase in online sales and customer satisfaction.
